How To Use
Apply the oil to your hair, starting at the scalp. Gently massage into hair for 3-5 minutes ensuring that entire scalp is covered. Cover with a shower cap Leave it on for 2 hours and only 1 hour if used by children or men. Store in a cool and dry place.

I love this oil. I started using it on a more regular basis after seeing the effect it's had on my hair. I was quite in the dark about this low/high porosity thing. But I am fully on board now and this has gone down in the routine.
