Dr. Rashel’s Vitamin C & Niacinamide Primer Serum is packed with antioxidants that keep the skin looking young and feeling soft. This serum brightens and evens skin tone and visibly reduces the appearance of dark spots. It also includes hyaluronic acid, which nourishes the skin, helps with dehydration, lines and wrinkles.
How To Use
Apply a few drops on the center of your face, and massage outwards, as the last step of your skincare, before applying your makeup/foundation. It can be used as an effective primer, can also be layered as a spot treatment for heavily textured areas on the skin.
