Basil Oil

Traditionally, Basil leaves and its essential oil found their main uses in cooking. Reputed to eliminate harmful bacteria, this essential oil has found its way to be a common addition to perfumes, oral hygiene, and skincare. Thanks to a multitude of therapeutic properties, basil essential oil has become one of the most important oils in aromatherapy.

Add a couple of drops to your favourite shower gel or bath oil, and inhale the aromatic steam to help clear your sinuses and head.<br><br> To prevent acne and breakouts, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in a small amount of argan or sweet almond oil.<br><br> Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and dab onto freshly cleansed skin in areas that are affected by acne.<br><br> To increase shine to your hair, add a small amount to your preferred shampoo, conditioner or both.<br><br> Add 3-5 drop per every quarter cup of hair product.
