What is your returns policy?
All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Before shipping your order, we do several levels of quality checks, eliminating any chances of counterfeit products as we are incapable to offer a return or a replacement to any of our listed products on the website.
However, Source Beauty offers its customers a simple returns policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 7 working days of its delivery, in case of a damaged/missing/incorrect product only, due to hygiene purposes.
Source Beauty will refund card payment orders only if the refund reason meets Source Beauty’s terms and conditions.
How do I return something to you?
In case of receiving a damaged/missing/incorrect product:

Step 1: Email our Customer Service team at customerservice@sourcebeauty.com or through Source Beauty's Instagram and Facebook direct messages within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your email, order number details and an image/video of the product for our reference.
- Step 3: Considering our policy above, we will organise for our courier to collect the faulty items within 2-7 working days. We will then initiate a credit note/voucher or a replacement once the products have been received in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging.
