This Vitamin C & Niacinamide Brightening Toner is a nutritious toner, enriched with vitamins that provide nutrients and an outstanding whitening effect. The high concentration of hyaluronic acid supplies rich moisture with a moisture-loss block and a non greasy texture that allows rapid and neat absorption without stickiness. This toner also exfoliates and hydrates the skin, creating the perfect base for makeup.
How To Use
After cleansing, apply necessary amount to your face using cotton pad and gently pat for absorption. Can be used on a daily basis every morning and evening.
