How To Use
- Add 2 drops of Bergamot with 2 teaspoons of your favorite carrier oil to create a massaging blend.
- Apply topically to the muscle areas that are tighter and tender.
*Essential oils are highly concentrated which can differ in smell and can cause skin irritation. Do not apply them on skin unless diluted.
