Lavender essential oil is well-known for its calming and relaxing properties. It can promote calm and relieve nervous tension. When added to a carrier oil, lavender helps reduce the appearance of scars and wrinkles while soothing skin issues from sun exposure or minor burns.

How To Use
- Diffuse 30-60 minutes before bedtime to promote calm and relaxation.
- For topical use, dilute to 2-5% with the carrier oil of your choice and apply to the skin. Lavender blends well with many other essential oils including Bergamot, making it a wonderful addition to products such as lotions and bath bombs.
*Essential oils are highly concentrated which can differ in smell and can cause skin irritation. Do not apply them on skin unless diluted.
