Lemongrass is a beneficial ingredient in outdoor sprays, offering a refreshing and deodorizing effect when diffused. Its uplifting aroma uplifts the spirit. When properly diluted in a carrier oil, Lemongrass can enhance circulation, providing warmth to tired muscles and joints.
How To Use
- Lemongrass contains citral, a powerful skin sensitizer, so it is very important to use Lemongrass in proper dilution.
- In proper dilution, it is wonderful for the aches and pains associated with aging.
- Try 2 drops of Lemongrass in two teaspoons (10 ml) of carrier oil along with 2 drops of Lavender or Marjoram for a soothing muscle rub.
*Essential oils are highly concentrated which can differ in smell and can cause skin irritation. Do not apply them on skin unless diluted.
